Engineering

Our technical office uses leading-edge software, including BIM, to develop and generate CFS structures from architectural designs. Moreover, we select the best insulating materials to balance energy performance and costs.

Production

After an extensive research and analysis phase, we have chosen to invest in two production lines equipped with advanced Arkitech machinery, a world leader in the production of roll forming machines for cold-formed steel.

Pre-assembly

After the steel coil profiling, we assemble walls and construction elements at our production center. These modules speed up on-site operations, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Transport

The pre-assembled steel structures are delivered to the construction site according to a carefully organized plan to maximize efficiency and optimize the management of construction activities.

Installation

RevoSteel can proceed directly with the installation or deliver the structures to a third-party company. We always ensure the consultancy of our expert during the installation.
